We offer multi night discounts. Please enquire at the time of booking.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
A deposit is required on all accommodation bookings.

Check in/Check Out

Check in is available from 4pm. Please let us know your expected time of arrival.
Guests can check out any time until 10.30am on the day of departure.

Parking

Cranford Guest House does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles parked within the grounds. All vehicles are parked and left at the owner’s risk.

Smoking and Drugs
Cranford Guest house is a non-smoking building and under Scottish law it is an offence to smoke anywhere within the guest house. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside the house. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at any time. Guests found to be contravening the above terms may be requested to leave the guest house without refund.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Arrival point is deemed to be 1600hrs on any given day.
“No shows” will be liable for the full cost of their initial booking.
